1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Qutie ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Qutie provides a queue management system for restaurants and food service businesses. Features include:

• Digital queue management via QR codes
• SMS and push notifications to customers
• Table management and assignment
• Order tracking and analytics

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription

• First 30 days are free (trial period)
• After trial: £29/month per location
• Billing occurs monthly in advance
• Payments processed via Stripe

4.2 Cancellation

• Cancel anytime via account settings

• No refunds for partial months

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to breach security measures
• Use the Service in ways that could damage or overload it
• Collect data about other users without consent

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

• Qutie retains all rights to the Service and its content
• You retain rights to your business data
• You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the Service

8. Service Availability

• We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance may cause temporary downtime

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months
• We are not responsible for customer no-shows or business losses

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qutie from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment
• Fraudulent activity
• Extended period of inactivity (12+ months)

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.

14. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
